Cryptocurrency policy

This cryptocurrency policy explains how crypto payments work at Royal Reels Casino. It supplements our Terms & Conditions and applies in addition to our Banking rules.

1. Supported coins

1.1. We accept selected cryptocurrencies, which typically include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and major stablecoins. The current list of supported coins is shown in the cashier and may change from time to time.

2. Conversion to AUD

2.1. Player accounts are held in Australian dollars. Crypto deposits and withdrawals are converted to and from AUD at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the transaction is processed.

2.2. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency prices are volatile and that the converted amount may differ from your expectation due to rate movements between sending and confirmation.

3. Confirmations and timing

3.1. Crypto deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations. Confirmation times depend on the network and are outside our control.

3.2. Network fees charged by the blockchain are not set by us and are deducted by the network, not by Royal Reels Casino.

4. Wallet addresses

4.1. You are solely responsible for providing the correct wallet address. Transactions sent to an incorrect or incompatible address are irreversible and cannot be recovered.

4.2. Only use wallets that belong to you. The use of third-party wallets is prohibited.

5. KYC and AML

5.1. Crypto payments are subject to the same identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks as other methods. See our AML & KYC Policy.

5.2. We may request the source of crypto funds and may decline transactions linked to mixers, darknet markets or sanctioned addresses.

6. Withdrawals

6.1. Where you deposit in cryptocurrency, we may require that withdrawals are made in the same coin to a verified wallet.

6.2. Crypto withdrawals are usually processed within hours of approval, subject to verification being complete.
