Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "you" or "your") and the operator of Royal Reels Casino (the "Casino", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the website, the registration and operation of a player account, deposits, bonuses, withdrawals and your use of every product and service we offer. Please read them carefully and in full before you accept them. 1. The operator and licence

The website royalreels-login.com, together with all of its subdomains, variants and applications (the "Website"), is owned and operated by Crowngate Entertainment N.V., a company registered in the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros under registration number 15748, with its registered office at Mirontsi, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
1.2. We are licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros under licence number ALSI-152404024-FI2 to offer games of chance. Our regulatory compliance is governed by the terms of that licence.
1.3. Any reference to "you" and "your" means any user of the services provided through the Website. Any reference to "we", "us" and "our" means Crowngate Entertainment N.V. and/or the Website.
1.4. We may publish these Terms in more than one language for information and to help players understand them. Where there is any inconsistency between language versions, the English version prevails.
2. Acceptance and changes to these Terms
2.1. These Terms take effect as soon as you register and confirm your information during the registration process. By opening an account you acknowledge that you have read and accepted them.
2.2. It is your responsibility to read these Terms carefully before accessing the Website. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must stop using our services and not access the Website.
2.3. We may amend, supplement or update these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect legal, regulatory or operational changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, and your continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them. We recommend reviewing this page from time to time.
2.4. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and another policy published on the Website, these Terms prevail unless the other policy expressly states otherwise.
3. Definitions
3.1. "Account" means the personal player account opened and maintained by a Player on the Website. "Game" or "Games" means any gaming product offered on the Website, including online pokies, table games, the live casino and jackpot games. "Services" means all features, content and products available through the Website. "Bonus" means any credit, free spins or promotional benefit granted to a Player. 4. Eligibility

4.3. You confirm that you are of sound mind, capable of taking responsibility for your own actions, and able to enter into a legally binding agreement with us.
4.4. You confirm that you are not currently subject to an active self-exclusion on any previous account held with us.
4.5. You take part in the Games strictly in a personal, non-professional capacity, for recreation and entertainment only.
4.6. You acknowledge that you use the Games only in your own name and not on behalf of any other person, entity or company. If we find that you are using your Account on behalf of a third party, your Account may be suspended and/or closed.
5. Registration and one-account rule
5.1. To place bets and deposit money, you must first register personally with us and open an Account.
5.2. You may hold only one Account, registered personally. One Account per person, household, address, email address, card number, device and IP address is permitted. If you attempt to open more than one Account, all of the Accounts concerned may be suspended and/or closed and bets voided. We reserve the right to close any duplicate Account at any time. If you become aware that you hold more than one Account, you must tell us immediately.
5.3. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide to us is true, complete, correct and up to date. You agree to inform us immediately of any change to this information.
5.4. You must complete all mandatory fields in the registration form. You are aware that we carry out verification procedures and that your Account may be suspended and/or closed if you are found to have provided false or misleading information.
5.5. During registration you will choose a username and password. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not disclose them to anyone. We are not responsible for any misuse of your Account by a third party resulting from the disclosure, intentional or accidental, of your credentials. If you suspect your details have been compromised, you must tell us as soon as possible.
5.6. Transferring funds from your Account to other Players, receiving funds from other Players into your Account, and the transfer, sale or acquisition of Accounts by any means are prohibited.
5.7. To take part in a Game, you must have sufficient funds in your Account. You understand and accept the full risk of losing the amounts deposited into your Account.
5.8. It is solely your responsibility to declare and pay any tax and/or levy applicable under the relevant laws of your jurisdiction in respect of any winnings. We do not provide tax advice and accept no responsibility for any tax liability you may incur.
6. Restricted countries and territories
6.1. We are not permitted to allow people located in certain territories to open Accounts, and we do not allow the access to or operation of Accounts from those territories.
6.2. If you are allowed to open an Account because you are registered in a territory where gambling is legal, but you later travel to another territory where we are not permitted to offer games, access to our Services may be refused. The list of prohibited territories may be changed by us from time to time.
6.3. We also reserve the right not to accept Players from countries prohibited by our regulator, listed by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) as high-risk jurisdictions with strategic deficiencies, or subject to United Nations or other applicable sanctions.
6.4. Without this list being exhaustive and subject to change at any time, access to the Website and use of the Services are prohibited to residents of, among others: the United States of America and its territories, the United Kingdom, France and its overseas territories, the Netherlands, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba and any territory subject to international sanctions in force. It is your responsibility to verify the eligibility of your jurisdiction before registering.
6.5. If we discover that a Player has provided false information about their place of residence, or has circumvented our geographic restrictions by technical means (VPN, proxy or otherwise), we reserve the right to suspend the Account, void affected winnings and withhold funds pending the necessary checks.
7. Identity verification (KYC)
7.1. We apply Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You are aware that your Account may be suspended and/or closed if you provide false or misleading information.
7.2. We may require, at any time, a valid identity document (passport or identity card), a proof of address less than three months old, and proof of the payment method used. We may use additional procedures and means to verify your identity, both before and after deposits or withdrawals are made.
7.3. Identity verification is mandatory before any first withdrawal. A withdrawal may be delayed until the required documentation has been provided and approved. You are required to update mandatory information whenever it changes. Our full approach is set out in our AML & KYC Policy.
7.4. You agree that we may carry out checks with third-party verification and fraud-prevention providers and may retain the results of those checks. Where documents cannot be verified, we may request alternatives or apply additional measures.
7.5. Until verification is complete, we may limit certain account functions, including deposits, play and withdrawals, to the extent necessary to meet our regulatory obligations.
8. Deposits
8.1. We do not charge fees for processing deposits; however, your bank or payment service provider may charge their own fees.
8.2. The minimum deposit is $A20 (or the equivalent in another currency). We may set applicable minimum deposit levels.
8.3. Funds are deposited into your Account using one of the methods shown on the Website, as may be amended at our sole discretion. Deposited amounts are available on the Account within a reasonable time after the deposit is confirmed, unless additional verification procedures are required. Some payment methods may not be available in all countries.
8.4. You must only use valid credit cards and other financial instruments that lawfully belong to you and are issued in your name.
8.5. It is illegal and prohibited to deposit funds of unlawful origin, or funds derived from any illegal, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited activity. The Account cannot be treated as a bank account; it is therefore not insured, guaranteed or protected by any deposit guarantee scheme. Funds deposited on your Account do not earn interest. We do not accept cash.
8.6. If we credit your Account by mistake with winnings and/or any other amount that does not belong to you, whether due to a technical, human or other error, that amount remains our exclusive property and will be debited from the Account once discovered. If, before that discovery, you have withdrawn those funds, the amount transferred in error constitutes a debt you owe to us.
8.7. By depositing money, you undertake not to make any chargeback, cancellation or dispute in respect of the funds deposited, and not to revoke deposits made in any way. Any attempt to do so may be treated as fraudulent activity, may result in the closure of your Account, and we reserve the right to recover associated costs and to report the matter to the relevant payment networks and authorities.
8.8. We may apply deposit limits and may require additional checks before a deposit is accepted. A deposit that cannot be matched to a verified payment method registered in your name may be reversed.
9. Withdrawals
9.1. You may withdraw any amount up to the available balance of your Account by submitting a valid withdrawal request, subject to our daily, weekly and monthly limits.
9.2. The available withdrawal options are clearly shown on the Website and may vary depending on your country of origin.
9.3. Withdrawals should in principle be made using the same payment method chosen at deposit, unless we decide otherwise or you are unable to do so. If you deposited using several methods, we reserve the right to split your withdrawal across those methods and process each part using the corresponding method, at our discretion and in line with anti-money-laundering policies.
9.4. You may request to withdraw all or part of your real-money balance at any time. You may withdraw your real-money balance before completing the wagering requirement of a bonus; if you do so, you forfeit the funds in your bonus balance.
9.5. We aim to process withdrawals as quickly as possible after receiving the required due diligence documentation. A withdrawal may be delayed during an investigation. Full timings are set out on our Banking page.
9.6. We may set minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts and may pay larger balances in instalments over successive periods. Any applicable limits are shown in the cashier or provided on request.
9.7. Where a pending withdrawal has not yet been processed, you may be able to reverse it back to your balance within the window shown in the cashier. We are not responsible for any decision you make to reverse a withdrawal and continue playing.
10. Limits, caps and currencies
10.1. Daily, weekly and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are shown on the Website or provided on request.
10.2. Accounts are held in Australian dollars (AUD). Where a deposit is made in another currency, an automatic conversion may apply at the prevailing rate, which may result in differences beyond our control.
11. Bonuses and promotions
11.1. Bonuses and promotions are subject to the wagering requirements and rules detailed on the Bonus Terms page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11.2. Any bonus abuse — including covering the majority of possible outcomes of a game, betting above the permitted maximum during the wagering period, using multiple accounts, or any pattern of play intended solely to exploit an offer without genuine risk — may result in the cancellation of bonus winnings and the closure of the Account.
11.3. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to determine the eligibility of Players for a given offer.
12. Wagering requirements
12.1. Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Unless stated otherwise, the standard requirement is x35, calculated on the bonus amount only.
12.2. The contribution of different game categories toward wagering varies: pokies generally contribute 100%, while table games and the live casino contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The standard completion period is 14 calendar days.
12.3. While a wagering requirement is in progress, a maximum bet limit applies, as set out in the Bonus Terms. Bets above this limit may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
12.4. If a bonus or its associated winnings are removed for breach of these Terms or the bonus terms, your real-money balance is not affected.
13. Game rules and outcomes
13.1. The rules specific to each Game are available in the game interface and on the Game Rules page. By launching a game, you accept the rules applicable to that Game.
13.2. Game outcomes are determined by random number generators (RNG) that are certified and audited by independent laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) rates published reflect a theoretical long-term calculation.
13.3. You are responsible for understanding how a Game works, including its paytable, bet range and any features, before you play. Placing a bet confirms that you accept the rules and the stake.
13.4. We may add, remove, suspend or modify Games at any time, and the availability of a particular Game does not constitute a commitment to keep it available.
14. Malfunctions and interrupted rounds
14.1. Any technical malfunction voids the affected pays and plays ("malfunction voids all pays and plays"). Winnings displayed in error due to a malfunction are not payable.
14.2. If a round is interrupted (loss of connection, outage), it resumes from its last saved state when you reconnect. If the round cannot be resumed, the corresponding stake is returned to your balance.
15. Voided bets
15.1. We reserve the right to void any bet in the event of fraudulent, collusive or manipulative behaviour, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect such behaviour.
15.2. You must not use any software-assisted method or technique, or any hardware device, in your participation in the Games.
16. Anti-money laundering (AML)
16.1. We comply with strict obligations to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. We may report any suspicious transaction to the competent authorities, suspend an Account and request evidence of the source of funds. Our approach is set out in the AML & KYC Policy.
16.2. The funds you use must not be tainted by any illegality or associated with any illegal activity, money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity, and must not originate from any such activity or source.
16.3. We may, at any time, request information and documentation regarding the source of your funds and your source of wealth. We may suspend your Account and withhold withdrawals until satisfactory evidence is provided, and we may decline to process transactions where our checks are not completed.
16.4. We screen Players and transactions against applicable sanctions lists and watchlists and apply enhanced measures to politically exposed persons in accordance with our AML & KYC Policy.
17. Inactive and dormant accounts
17.1. An Account with no login or transaction for an extended period may be treated as inactive and then dormant.
17.2. Inactivity fees may apply to dormant Accounts, in accordance with applicable regulation, after prior notice and according to a published schedule.
18. Player conduct, collusion and fraud
18.1. We prohibit collusion between Players and any other form of collaboration, and do not allow any robot or programmed device to take part in the Games. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is acting in collusion with others, we reserve the right to close the Account immediately.
18.2. You must be courteous toward other Players and toward the Casino's staff, and must avoid any rude or obscene comment, hate speech, threat, violent behaviour, harassment or intimidation.
19. Suspension, closure and termination
19.1. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or close an Account at our sole discretion and at any time; however, contractual obligations already incurred will be honoured accordingly, without prejudice to other rights provided for in these Terms or by law.
19.2. If you wish to close your Account, you may do so at any time by contacting customer support in writing. Effective closure of the Account corresponds to termination of these Terms. If the closure relates to concerns about possible gambling dependency, the Player should indicate this so that we can act accordingly.
19.3. In the event of a breach of these Terms, we may suspend or close your Account and, where appropriate, withhold the funds concerned and take any action required by applicable law.
20. Responsible gambling and protection of minors
20.1. We encourage measured play and provide limit, time-out and self-exclusion tools detailed on the Responsible Gambling page.
20.2. Gambling is strictly prohibited for minors. We apply age verification measures described on the Age Policy (18+) page.
21. Intellectual property
21.1. All content on the Website (trademarks, logos, trade names, software, text, graphics, images, sounds and databases) is protected and remains our property or that of our partners and licensors.
21.2. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation of this content is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
22. Third-party links and content
22.1. The Website may contain links to third-party sites or embed content from third-party providers (in particular game providers). We exercise no control over those sites and content and accept no responsibility for their availability, accuracy or practices.
22.2. The use of third-party services is subject to the terms of those third parties, which it is your responsibility to consult.
23. Limitation of liability
23.1. You use the Website and the Services at your own risk. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
23.2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services, technical interruptions, display errors, or any unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. Our total liability, where established, is in any event limited to the available balance of your Account.
23.3. We do not warrant that the Website or the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components, and we are not liable for losses arising from interruptions, delays or failures of internet, telecommunications or third-party services.
23.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
24. Indemnity
24.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Casino, its directors, employees and partners against any claim, loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party.
25. Force majeure
25.1. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network or power failures, acts of God, conflicts, decisions of authorities, or failures of third-party providers.
26. Complaints and dispute resolution
26.1. Any complaint must be sent to our customer support within a reasonable time of the event concerned. We aim to handle complaints fairly and as quickly as possible.
26.2. In the event of disagreement about the outcome of a round, the logs of our servers and our game providers are authoritative and constitute the reference in the event of a dispute.
26.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to the competent resolution body in accordance with our licence and applicable law.
26.4. When you submit a complaint, please include your username, the date and time of the event, the Game or transaction concerned and any relevant reference numbers. Providing complete information helps us investigate and respond more quickly.
26.5. While a complaint is being investigated, we may ask you not to close your Account or remove related funds, so that the matter can be resolved fairly.
27. Communications and marketing

28. Personal data and privacy

28.2. By accessing the Website, you accept the conditions under which we collect and process data, as well as our data protection principles.
29. Acceptable use
29.1. You agree to use the Website and the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Website to transmit, distribute or store any unlawful, defamatory, obscene content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
29.2. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the servers or networks connected to it, nor disrupt or interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Website, including by introducing viruses, trojans, worms or any other malicious code.
29.3. Any automated use of the Website (scraping, data extraction, robots, scripts) for unauthorised purposes is prohibited. We reserve the right to take any appropriate technical or legal action against misuse.
30. Cryptocurrencies
30.1. Where cryptocurrency payments are offered, they are governed by our Crypto Policy, which supplements these Terms.
30.2. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted into the Account currency at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. You acknowledge that the volatility of cryptocurrencies, network fees and blockchain confirmation times are beyond our control.
30.3. Cryptocurrency payments are subject to the same KYC and AML obligations as other methods. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the wallet address you provide; a transaction sent to an incorrect address is irreversible.
31. Errors, omissions and displayed prices
31.1. In the event of a manifest error, typographical mistake, error in the configuration of a Game, a bonus, an odds value or a displayed amount, we reserve the right to correct the error, void the transactions concerned and restore the correct balance of affected Accounts.
31.2. If an error results in an amount being credited that is greater than that to which you are entitled, the excess remains our property and will be recovered; you are required to report any error you notice to us immediately.
32. Game providers

35. Taxes and player responsibilities

35.2. You are responsible for the costs of your own internet access and any device used to access the Services, and for ensuring that such use complies with the rules of your network and provider.
36. Assignment and third parties
36.1. We may assign, transfer or subcontract our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party without this affecting your rights. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
36.2. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce any of their provisions, except as expressly provided.
37. Insolvency
37.1. In the event of our insolvency, Player balances are dealt with in accordance with applicable regulation. As the Account is not a bank account, it is not covered by any deposit guarantee scheme.
38. Waiver and severability
38.1. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
38.2. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will, so far as possible, be deemed not written, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which remain in full force.
39. Entire agreement, governing law and language
39.1. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the use of the Website and the Services, and supersede any prior agreement, representation or communication.
39.2. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law applicable at the seat of the operator and its licence. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction determined in accordance with that law. Where language versions differ, the English version prevails.
